Many of us find ourselves searching daily for an update of good news...for titles that allude to the stay at home mandate coming to an end, the economy reopening, gatherings happening again, etc. The main reason we are in search of this good news is because we have all experienced loss during this pandemic! Some of us have lost our jobs, others have lost loved ones to the virus, others are experience the disappointment of plans being cancelled and all the dreams that went along with it!

One thing is for certain, we are all experiencing some level of grief and we are currently united by tears. However, statistics show that one of the single best ways to cope with hardship is through social support!
