The Terms and Conditions Agreement 

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Client”) and Thoroughbred Sedan Van & Bus LLC (“Thoroughbred”). Client’s signature and/or payment made from “Client” to “Thoroughbred” confirm Client’s agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, Client and Thoroughbred agree as follows:

General Terms 

  1. Thoroughbred will enforce State and Federal Laws at all times. 

  2. Unless otherwise noted, there is a mandatory 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of acknowledgement of contract – except for airport reservations. Remaining balance is due no less than 2 weeks prior to the service start time. In regards to wedding/event deposits – the non-refundable 50% deposit (unless otherwise noted) will be split amongst the vehicles in service and determined by Thoroughbred. Once remaining balances are paid, they are considered non-refundable also. 

  3. Thoroughbred’s chauffeur/lead staff member may use his/her discretion on how to act and proceed with services when faced with a situation that he/she determines to be an emergency or threatening to the staff member. 

  4. Thoroughbred is not responsible/liable for any personal items and/or luggage left or damaged in Thoroughbred’s service vehicle.

  5. Client is responsible, liable, and agrees to pay for any damages (interior & exterior) stemming from their actions or the actions of their guests. These charges will be applied to the Client's credit card, on file with Thoroughbred. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will be charged to remove any bodily fluids.

  6. Thoroughbred cannot guarantee the availability of service vehicle(s) overtime, unless otherwise noted.

  7. If applicable, the Client agrees to pay additional charges incurred, including, but not limited to overtime, tolls, and parking.

  8. Thoroughbred has the right to sub-contract reservation out to licensed and insured vendor/equipment operator (“Sub-contractor”), if Thoroughbred is unable to successfully complete the job internally. Vehicle type will be similar or upgraded at no additional fee to the Client. *The Sub-contractor will then legally assume all liability for the services rendered under this Agreement. Full communication regarding any reservation will ALWAYS be between Client and Thoroughbred.

  9. Upon Thoroughbred’s determination that any of the above policies were violated, Thoroughbred may terminate service to the Client and shall be deemed to have fulfilled its contractual obligations to the Client under the Agreement.

  10. If the Agreement cannot be met due to conditions outside of Thoroughbred’s control, including, but not limited to, weather, accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, flight delays, etc. Thoroughbred will not be responsible for any potential past, present, or future monetary loss or damage to the Client.

Late Cancellation Policies 

Airport/Train Station Only 

Unless otherwise noted, cancellations within 6 hours of your scheduled pick-up time will be billed at 75% of the contracted service fee. ** 30-minute grace period for domestic flights (from actual flight arrival time)..60 minute grace period for international flights (from actual flight arrival time)..$30 per 30 minutes of additional wait time. 

No Shows & Driver Onsite Cancellations are subject to the full service contract fee plus any applicable wait time charges. All deposits are applied towards total balance due. 

Airport/Train Station Meeting Procedures- All incoming trains/flights are tracked per train/flight tracker softwares. Thus, clients are contacted upon arrival by chauffeur with introduction including vehicle info and location. Clients must communicate with chauffeur to determine the best meeting location for curbside arrivals pickups.
